JLo and Wilson put together a surprisingly well made and adorable rom com. The storyline was perfect in its predictability. The acting was decent and the leads have chemistry.

What begins as an impulsive reaction evolves into an unexpected romance. But as forces conspire to separate them, the universal question arises: Can two people from such different worlds bridge the gulf between them and build a place where they both belong?

Adorable rom com
Hallmark movie with stripper overtones
If you love the "Bachelor" and think love is a choice of shallow egos, this is for you. If you wanna see a church scene that sings about banging in the back seat, this is for you. If you think Lopez is over-rated and Hallmark should stay PG, skip this. It starts silly and ends silly with a bunch of silly in-between. Does give you a look at the shallow side of Hollywood. Funny, she plays a singer who has been married a half dozen times - type cast. In fact, funny goof, she says at one point this is her third marriage and at another it is her fifth. LOL.
Parody commercial music video
I'm pretty sure that this was a rom-com parody. From the ridiculous caricatures to the silly plot leaps to the bizarre dialogue, this movie takes every trope and dials it up to 11. It is closer to a Jimmy Fallon commercial or music video than actual movie. I looked up who wrote the screenplay out of morbid curiosity...and it was the guy from Catwoman. Enough said.
not bad for two old timers.
I was expecting to hate this movie, but it was surprisingly okay.
Spider Man?
i have to agree with the comments, jennifer lopez was once a pretty hot gal on in living color and all, but she's 52 now and has been through marriage after marriage, boyfriend after boyfriend, and is pretty much washed up now and we just don't care anymore! i watched this movie with my mom the other night and neither one of us really cared for it, in fact we were commenting mostly on how jennifer lopez really just needs to retire from the industry and stuff like that.. her charm is gone, that spark is gone, it's just kind of like when you read things in the news about these celebrities going through boyfriends and husbands like people change their underwear then they lose all of their validity when it comes down to actually enjoying them in a full length feature! get it? that's sadly what happened to jennifer lopez, and i think we're all just over it
It was a terrible movie,,,,, I will admit
